Titled: How to Create Common and Uncommon Assignment/Subletting Problems, the article, in the July, 2009 edition, explores the use of assignment and subletting rights as part of a tenant’s exit strategy. It also describes a number of ways that a tenant, using creative structuring of assignee entities, can avoid restrictions commonly found in leases.
