Ira Meislik is Insider Source for Article on Obsolete Insurance Terms

The June, 2013 edition of Commercial Lease Law Insider looked to Ira Meislik as the source for its feature article: “Delete Obsolete Insurance Terms from Your Lease Vocabulary.” Too often landlords and tenants make the mistake of asking for outdated terms in their new leases, leading to potentially costly disputes and unintended results. Ira Meislik’s practice is concentrated in two areas – Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Law. His commercial real estate practice focuses on the needs of landlords and tenants primarily within shopping centers and office properties. In addition, he has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real property. His business law practice covers general business, commercial, and transactional matters.
