Ira Weiner

Ira Weiner has been “of counsel” to the firm since 1996, providing litigation services. His practice has been limited to commercial and personal dispute resolution (litigation, negotiation and arbitration) since 1988. Ira has developed exceptional expertise in the substantive topics of employment and civil rights decisional laws, statutes, and regulations. Although rarely writing for publication, many of his cases have expanded personal protection against employment discrimination, and have expanded the protection of small businesses against excessive governmental regulation.
