Gail Pester

Gail Pester’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition and sale of real property, commercial lending, drafting and negotiating retail and office leases, drafting and negotiating business contracts, and entity formation and corporate governance. She is also involved in the outdoor advertising industry, particularly the selling and leasing of billboard properties. Gail currently serves as legal counselor with the Small Business Development Center at Raritan Valley Community College.
